This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer addressed to an indefinite number of individuals — visitors of the website bisan.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) — and governs the terms of use of the online store, including order placement, personal data processing, delivery, product returns, communication, participation in promotions, marketing interaction, and more.
The use of the online store — including browsing the Website, placing orders, participating in promotions, or any other interaction — constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing it and implies full consent to all provisions.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the Agreement.
1. Personal Data
By placing an order, participating in promotions, or otherwise interacting with the online store, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data.
Personal information is collected solely for the proper fulfillment of orders, service improvement, analytics, and marketing interaction. Browsing the Website does not require registration or the provision of personal data.
If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement or the Regulation, they must refrain from providing personal data.
2. Personal Account and Quick Order
The personal account is a tool for convenient order placement, viewing purchase history, participating in promotions, and receiving personalized offers.
The User may also place a “quick order” by providing only a phone number. A manager will then contact them to clarify all necessary details: full name, delivery address, payment method, etc. Without complete information, the order cannot be fulfilled.
All promotions, bonuses, and discounts are available exclusively to registered users of the Website.
3. Delivery and Product Returns
Delivery is carried out by courier services or couriers to the address provided by the User during order placement.
Delivery time depends on the selected method, delivery region, and product availability, and is confirmed by the manager.
Product returns are possible in accordance with Ukrainian law and the store’s policy, provided the product’s appearance, packaging, and completeness are preserved.
In case of defects or damage, the User has the right to return or exchange the product. The manager must be notified within the timeframe specified in the accompanying documents or on the Website.
4. Marketing Interaction
The User may receive information about promotions, discounts, new products, and personalized offers via email, messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp), or phone.
Participation in promotions and access to discounts is available only to registered users of the online store.
The User has the right to opt out of promotional messages by sending a request to info@bisan.com.ua with the subject “Unsubscribe from advertising.”
5. Cookie Policy
The online store uses cookie technology to improve Website performance, save user settings, ensure security, and personalize content. Cookies do not contain personal data and can be blocked in browser settings.
The Website may contain links to third-party resources not covered by this Agreement.
6. Communication
The User agrees to receive messages regarding orders, services, and promotions via email, messengers, or phone. Users may also leave product reviews.
7. Prices and Product Availability
Information about products, prices, and availability may change. Final pricing is indicated in the accompanying documents upon order receipt. If a product is unavailable, the Seller has the right to cancel the order unilaterally.
8. Order Placement
Orders can be placed:
• via the personal account of a registered user;
• or through the “quick order” format with subsequent data clarification by a manager.
By placing an order, the User confirms the accuracy of the provided information. Providing false or outdated data may prevent order fulfillment.
Order sequence:
1. Adding products to the cart
2. Filling out the order form
3. Providing contact and payment details
4. Selecting delivery and payment methods
5. Confirming the order via the “Confirm Order” button
6. Ability to edit the cart before confirmation
7. Agreement to third-party charges
8. Review of the Agreement before confirmation
After placing the order, the online store sends confirmation via email. In case of issues, a manager will contact the User directly.
Order status is available in the personal account, via online chat, or email.
The online store reserves the right to set limits on certain products, especially within promotions. Such limits are indicated on the Website.
