Order Placement Procedure

Definitions:

• Online Store — a website with an Internet address that offers products for sale.
• Product — items presented in the store’s catalog.
• Client — an individual or legal entity placing an order.
• Order — a Client’s request to purchase a product, submitted via the website.
• Shipping Company — a third party responsible for delivering the product.

1. General Provisions

• The agreement between the Client and the Online Store is considered concluded upon order placement.
• Placing an order implies the Client’s acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
• The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms, and the Client is responsible for monitoring updates on the website.

2. Order Placement

• The Client must provide accurate contact information.
• The Seller is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the Client.
• If part of the product is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Client about delivery timelines or offer to modify/cancel the item.
• If the Client does not respond within 3 business days, the respective item may be canceled.

3. Product Information

• Products are presented through photos and text descriptions, which are the property of the store.
• Minor differences between photos and actual products (shade, pattern, color) are possible.
• For additional product details, the Client may contact the Seller before placing an order.

4. Prepayment and Cancellation

• If a prepaid order is canceled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded.
• After 24 hours, the Client is obliged to complete the purchase.

5. Product Delivery

• Delivery is carried out via the shipping company "NOVA POSHTA".
• Delivery cost, timing, and conditions depend on the company and region.
• Once the product is handed over to the shipping company, responsibility for its safety transfers to the carrier.
• The Client receives a tracking number to monitor the delivery independently.
• For delivery-related questions, the Client may contact the shipping company or the store’s support service.
