Delivery across Ukraine:
1. Via Nova Poshta courier service
Orders are dispatched daily, except Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery to a branch or direct courier service is charged separately according to the carrier’s current rates.
2. Self-pickup from warehouse
You may collect your order in person at: Lviv region, village Murovane, Budivelna Street, 28.

In case of unusual situations during order receipt — such as:
• delays due to customer negligence
• refusal to issue the parcel due to incorrectly filled-in data
• damage to goods during transportation
• refusal to accept the order or other reasons preventing successful delivery —
