Orders
Orders are accepted: Mon–Fri: 9:00 to 18:00, Sat–Sun: closed
1. Ordering via website
• select the desired product and quantity
• click the “Buy” button
• repeat for other products if needed
• once finished, go to the shopping cart (top right corner of the page) and proceed to checkout
• fill in contact details, choose delivery and payment method, confirm the order
• if necessary, our manager will contact you to clarify details
2. Quick order
You can use the “Quick Order” feature: select a product, click the button, enter quantity and your phone number. Our manager will contact you shortly to confirm the details.
3. Phone order
You can also place an order by phone. Just call our manager and provide the necessary information.
Minimum order amount — 400 UAH
Free delivery for orders over 1000 UAH
Payment
Payment is made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia).
1. Prepayment
You can pay 100% in advance after order confirmation. Our manager will provide an invoice, after which the product is reserved and prepared for shipment.
2. Payment upon receipt
You may also pay conveniently upon receiving the goods at a Nova Poshta branch.
3. Non-cash payment with VAT
To place an order with non-cash payment, please provide:
For individuals:
• passport (registered in Ukraine)
• tax ID code
For legal entities:
• company registration certificate
• VAT payer certificate
• contact phone number for tax invoice
All payments are made in accordance with Ukrainian law. Payment confirms the buyer’s commitment and reserves the goods until shipment.
Delivery method
Delivery across Ukraine:
1. Nova Poshta courier service
Orders are shipped daily, except Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery to a branch or courier service is charged separately according to carrier rates.
2. Self-pickup from warehouse
You can collect your order in person at:

In case of unusual situations during order receipt, such as:
• delay due to customer negligence
• refusal to issue due to incorrect data
• damage during transportation
• refusal to accept or other issues preventing delivery
please immediately contact our manager by phone or via the feedback form in the “Contacts” section of the website. This will help resolve the issue promptly and avoid misunderstandings.
All delivery and receipt operations are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law, including the Laws “On Consumer Protection” and “On Electronic Commerce.” Your rights and obligations as a buyer, and the seller’s responsibilities, are governed by these laws.
Product returns
Return and exchange policy
1. Return of goods in proper condition
The buyer has the right to return goods in proper condition within 14 days of receipt, provided the product retains its appearance, packaging, and consumer properties.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer to the seller’s warehouse.
The seller must refund the paid amount within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, minus shipping and money transfer fees.
2. Return or exchange of defective goods
If the product is found to be defective, the buyer has the right to request a free replacement or refund.
The seller must fulfill the buyer’s request within 14 business days of receiving a written claim sent by email.
All return and exchange operations are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law.
